German company KVG has launched the new Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator O-30-ULGS-100M with Ultra Low G-Sensitivity and low phase noise. Additionally, the oscillator provides high frequency stability. High quality of the new oscillator is provided through the use of SC-cut crystals and noise minimized electronic circuits.
The part comes in a robust small hermetically sealed package. Due to its properties it is well suited for use in the apparatus of mobile objects.
Main features for new oscillator:
- Nominal frequency: 100 MHz
- Output signal: sine wave
- Frequency stability: ±100 ppb (-40…85 °C)
- Phase noise: -130 dBc/Hz (100 Hz), -155 dBc/Hz (1 kHz), -170 dBc/Hz (100 kHz)
- RMS jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz): 100 fsec
- G-Sensitivity: 0.1; 0.2; 0.5 ppb/g
