 Vectron International has released new high frequency voltage controlled SAW oscillator VS-800. The new model provided ultra low jitter performance over a wide operating temperature range. An internal multiplier curcuit is deployed for output frequencies above 1.6 GHz. The generator is made in a very compact sealed package for surface mounting.

Main applications for VS-800: high speed data converters (ADC / DAC), wireless communication, optical transport networks, cable modem termination systems.
